Brass can deepen in tone with wear. Its appearance changes with use and exposure, so each tag develops differently.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and follow the care instructions supplied with your tag.

What kind of photo should I choose?

Choose a clear, well-lit photo of one pet, with the whole face visible. Avoid blur, deep shadows and heavy filters.

Can I add a name and phone number?

Yes. Add your pet's name on the front and use the back engraving fields for contact details or a short message. Please check every character carefully.

Which sizes are available?

Choose a 25, 30 or 35 mm tag, approximately 0.98, 1.18 or 1.38 inches in diameter. Compare the measurements and weight with your pet's current tag before choosing.

Will my tag look exactly like the examples?

The images show personalization examples. Your tag will feature your own pet and chosen text. The uploaded photo preview is a reference image, not the final engraving proof.
