If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days after delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Free from damage or signs of wear
• Returned with original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer, engraved or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.
